Shipping Policy
All orders on Bulk.Baysmokes.com are shipped via UPS or occasionally USPS. Most of the time we use overnight labels, but at our discretion, we occasionally decide to switch your order to 2-day or 3-day labels depending on what we deem to be safest.
All Orders are 100% insured to be delivered by Bay Smokes, if the package is lost in transit, we will reship it, at no cost to you. But the reshipping process can add multiple days to your order which we try to avoid by following best practices to ensure it gets there in the first place. UPS workers love to steal boxes coming from the West Coast if they think they could have products like ours inside, so we try to be careful so we both keep our investments safe. Once the tracking says the package has been delivered to the address you provided, our coverage ends.
All orders placed on the site are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina. Occasionally, bulk orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. When we receive the order, we print a label and you will receive an email or SMS update with tracking info after the label is printed. We work Monday-Friday every week, and pack orders Sunday to prepare for early shipping Monday. *with exceptions on some holidays.
We will post any delays or exceptions on the announcement tab of our site! Typically orders are shipped out the same day or the next business day at the latest from our warehouse and picked up by a UPS driver. Usually, shipping from UPS takes 1 day only to reach anywhere in the continental US, but during holidays and rush times, shipping can take a few extra days. We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic rigid cardboard box with no branding.
- If you have received tracking info, that means we created the label and your package will be picked up by UPS from our warehouse the same day or next. Sometimes they take their time updating the info in their system, but if you have tracking info from us, your package should be shipped out that day or next.
- Please have patience with us as we are a small business and doing the best we can to get everything packed properly and shipped out to you. Once we hand off your package to UPS we cannot control their shipping speed. If there is any delay in the shipping of 14 days or more from the time UPS picks up the order, contact us and we will reship. Including any interception by law enforcement, we will reship.
- Shipping fees are also non-refundable due to delays on the part of the carrier.

International Shipping
We are currently only shipping within the United States. Some customers use mail forwarding services to ship their orders to their country. In this case, we are not liable for the actions of the mail forwarder, what they do or do not include in the package, what happens to the package after it arrives to the forwarder, or if these items are legal in your destination country. We make no claims to the legality of these products for non-USA countries. Each country has their own laws regarding hemp and THCa products, so please do your research before ordering through a mail forwarder. We do not recommend exporting our products at all, maybe one day in the future laws will change and things will be easier. Sorry to all non-US fans! We love you still 🙂
